Gone, like yeterday is gone,
Like history is gone,
The world keeps spinning on,
Your going going gone,
Like summer break is gone,
Like saturday is gone
Just trying to prove me wrong
You pretend like your immortal

We are not infinite
We are not permanate
Nothing is immediate
We’re so confident
In our accomplishments
Look at how dark it is

Gone, like Frank Sinatra
Like Elvis and his mom
Like Al Pachino’s cash nothing lasts in this life
My highschool dreams are gone
My childhood sweets are gone
Life is a day that doesn’t last for long

That how it is with my laptop’s hard drive: Gone!… All my data, emails, pictures, videos, animes, softwares, games.. Gone!  … So paintful!… It’s hurt!… But somehow I keep humming along the song “Gone” by Switchfoot.  My 5-year-old trusty laptop has survived this far, so I rewarded it by upgrading it with the hard drive about two months ago.  Not sure which one gave up, my laptop or the new hard drive but it wouldn’t boot up.  Just as Luke 5:37 symbolically stated: “no one pours new wine into old wineskins. If he does, the new wine will burst the skins, the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined.”  … Hehehe… I know, it probably doesn’t apply here, but I can’t help thinking about that teaching.

Anyway, I will try with a bootdisk, then see if I can do checkdisk on the hard drive, or backup any data off that drive. Waitaminute, if my laptop is broken, how do I post this blog? …. I’ll tell you later, my boss is coming! …[type.. type]  … Boss, if you read my blog, I was on my lunch break. :)
