Oh so many things are queuing up in my already long thing-to-do list. There are things I really need to get done, and there are things that are not important at all. Oh why I can’t focus on just one thing and get it done, I don’t know. I keep jumping between different things, and now everything starts but nothing is done. Boy, I am so distracted!! Maybe the idea of using Tasks Manager software that I laughed about isn’t such a bad idea now.

 

Here’s a glance of what’s going on in my mild Attention-Deficit-Disorder (ADD) head:

Paying bills!  Got that one done as we speak! Yeah! 

Think of church activities for Mother’s Day service in the park. Oh yeah, need to buy gift for Mom. What to buy, what to buy?? … Hmm time for Google, Amazon later I guess. Or now. …. Oh I need to take Grace to shop something for Thao, too. Or, maybe I just ask Thao what she wants, and I’ll buy it. That would save me a whole lot of time. But Grace probably wants to make something special for Mom… Hmm I have to check with her. Wait! What time is it now? Thao should pick up Grace at her school by now.

Boy, I’m hungry! Gotta heat up the food! I’ll finish the post later….

I’m back. Food in heating microwave, so I resume blogging. Just check the fridge, there’s still the dessert dish from 2 days ago. I need to eat it later today before it’s gone bad. Mental note to self!!

Oh I need to prepare the songs for worship practice tomorrow, since we are going to the concert in Friday. I wonder why  hasn’t anyone replied to the concert invitation email yet. Hmm.. I need to get the ticket today or tomorrow. Anyway, songs! I need to look into songs! We need to sing more new songs..

Talk about worship, it was funny I played guitar during worship service last week, and the pick just flew off my hand. But I caught it in the air, and resumed playing. Oh I want to keep a guitar progress tracking on the blog. I need to figure out how to do that. The blog looks too busy right now. I need to re-organize some of the categories and stuff. People probably have a hard time navigating here.

Back to songs. Oh last night I was practicing guitar for this new song for Nhan to sing, I decided to restring my guitar with the string set I bought a while back. After re-stringed, the lower-E string didn’t ring in tune for some reason. I kept messing with it, and snap! it broke. Now I need to get the new string set. Bummer! Maybe I didn’t watch the video instruction as I should.

Guitar takes much of my time lately. Practice, practice, practice! Downloaded several tabs. Watched video and learned. So many songs I want to play. I still can’t quite play any song perfect yet. Oh yeah, and I want to video song I could play to post on YouTube. I don’t know why. No reason to justify yet. I’ll think of something.

Not much going on with my other hobbies and entertainment. I still haven’t watched the Bleach and Naruto anime I downloaded 2 weeks ago. Not much video game for me either. Bought several games ultra cheap last week at BestBuy when they went on sale, haven’t touched them yet. I want to follow the last season of Prison Break, but there’s just no time. I tried, but just fell asleep on the sofa. I couldn’t stay up late as I used to anymore. Is that that sign of getting old?  Oh, don’t answer that.

Now I remember, I need to finish setting up the PHP and Database to help Bao too. Oh, at least I got the PHP installed and running. I need to finish the database schema for Bao to get started. Oh, and the blog for church. I have put it on hold for 3-4 weeks now. I need to get it done soon. .. Oh look, there’s an update on this blog plug-in. I’ll install it later. Maybe now. I downloaded couple software to give to Bao too. Oh, there’s is this open-source Karaoke software that used in console game. Very cool. You can make your own karaoke song, so I’m thinking doing that for worship songs and stuff. That would be a blast for the Youth. Still, no time to plat with it yet.

Oh I found the PHP book on the top of the bookshelves. I need to give that to Bao, too. It’s so messy in the computer room. I need to clean up that room again.

What that smell?! Oh my food. It’s ready now. Gotta eat! So hungry!
