UPDATED  (01/05/2008) Apparently, all the images linking from our Picasa Web went kaput… Friends also reported that they cannot view images from our Picasa Web gallery, blocked from their firewall, etc… It’s really your fault for not checking out my blog while it’s was working. It’s my fault for not checking it after posting. Also, please accept my apology for not gonna updating them. These are things-in-the-past now, so let us looking forward to the new year,  and new gallery at our new blog.

 

Wow, another year has just gone by…. so fast …. can’t even see it… It’s an eventful year, so many blessings. Thank you God for blessing us a wonderful past year, and the year to come. Here is the recap.

JANUARY

• Celebrated Vietnamese New Year, Tet. pictures
• Wonderful Casting Crowns Concert. Linh-Uyen, my cousin, came to visit. It was also a wonderful surprise. pictures, pictures

MARCH

• Celebrated birthday of my niece, Destiny pictures
• Grace’s Pre-K class performed at the school talent show. pictures
• Benjamin rolled over on belly now! (Look Ma, no hands!) pictures
• Easter Celebration at Church. We re-enacted Jesus’ live in silent-acting with background music and special effects. pictures 

 

APRIL

• Grace’s Pre-K class celebrated her birthday early. Her birthday is actually in July, but kids are out of school in summer time.

MAY

• Celebrated Mother’s Day in the park.
• The Youth’s Retreat on Memorial’s Day in Silverthorn. pictures

JUNE

• Celebrated Father’s Day in another park. The kids performed their version of The Parable of the Prodigal Son. They were so cute. pictures

JULY

• Attended Vietnamese Southern Baptist Convention in San Jose, California. Toured San Francisco. pictures
• Grace attended Vacation Bible School at Circle Drive Baptist Church. pictures
• Benjamin crawled (fast!!!) He leaned and climbed on sofa, stairs, car toys.. pictures

AUGUST

• Competed in sports tournaments at the Denver Cross Olympic, by the Aurora and The New Life Vietnamese Church co-hosted.
• Remodeled the family room and the living room.
• Linh-Phuc’s Wedding at Glen Eyrie Castle. Reunion with friends and family. Great time! pictures and from Linh’s album
• Viewed air balloons take-off at the Colorado Balloon Classic. They started at 5:00AM, I came out at 7:15AM. We also went to the Balloon glow way too late and ended up missing it. We didn’t see a thing. We even brought chairs, warm blankets, popcorns. So we just went to the top of the mountain to view the city night lights… for 15 minutes (it was too windy!)… hahaha. pictures

SEPTEMBER

• Labor’s Day, fun games with the youth at the Park. pictures
• Dr. Phu’s funeral.
• Went to Houston, Texas to meet-up with a friend who came all the way from Vietnam to visit. This trip was couple days after the Hurricane Ike hit Houston and Galveston area caused lots of damages.
• Leaves changes colors. Fall is here!!

OCTOBER

• Grace got on the big fire truck.
• Benjamin’s birthday celebration. pictures
• Trick-or-treats time! Benjamin’s first costume. Grace got a big load of candies that the dentist would faint.

NOVEMBER

• Late Halloween party with the Youth group. Hot pot, yum!
• Thanksgiving’s Church Retreat.  pictures
