So many hopes and dreams. So many prayers and waiting on God's provision. So many hours stressing unnecessarily since God was clearly in control. This didn't look at all like we thought it would. However, I believe God has built into us character and wisdom that could have come no other way. I remember at the beginning saying I wanted to work with great people. That is the greatest treasure I walk away with for sure. I remember when I was about to meet Thuong for the first time and my partner said, "I think you are really going to like him". I could never have imagined how much I would come to respect and appreciate him over the next nine+ years. It is like we have been fighting in the trenches for nearly ten years together and you always were there to cover my back and take the next hill. Your faith, loyalty, and skill were so essential to our success. Only God can adequately reward you and your family for your sacrifice. I am very confident that God will bless you richly in your new journey and for that I am very grateful! I am honored to have known and fought beside you these many years. You made it easy to lead.
